Why I Chose Northwestern:
I chose Northwestern because I knew that during my college career, I would change my mind on many things, such as major, career, activities, etc. Northwestern was one of the only schools that particularly stood out to me as being a school where I wouldn’t be locked into anything I didn’t want to do. Not to mention the incredible journalism school, amazing social life, and proximity to major cities that it has as well!
What I plan to do after graduation:
I’m honestly not sure what I’d like to do after graduation as of right now. If I had to choose, I can at least see myself working in human rights activism in the realm of journalism, or maybe even with an organization such as the ACLU.
