Ashley Falcon has had lasting impact in her role as a Client Solutions Manager, where she helps Fortune 500 Consumer Products companies drive brand and business growth leveraging Facebook’s Family of Apps and Services.
Ashley also serves as a strong advocate for Facebook’s DEI Agenda – leading the Hispanic Heritage Month Programming for the Chicago Latinx ERG, spearheading intersectional programming as a lead for the Chicago Women ERG, and helping strengthen partnerships with key diversity organizations like Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).
