Why I Chose Northwestern:
I chose Northwestern because not only did the opportunities offered in the Medill School of Journalism fascinate me, but I knew that I would find my community of people here, be it through shared background, experiences, or passions.
What I plan to do after graduation:
After graduating, I hope to start a career as a sports journalist, be it print or broadcast (I am open to both!). I want to represent Latina woman, and woman in general, who on a daily continue to make progress in the world of sports media. On the side, I hope to also be an author and publish new adult novels.
